Are your products all-natural, hypoallergenic, and cruelty-free?
Hell yes. Our products are made with all-natural ingredients—like essential oils, conditioning oils, beeswax, aloe, and honey—no harsh chemicals, ever. We don’t test on animals (because, ew), and everything is crafted in a clean, sterile space. While we keep things gentle and skin-loving, everyone’s skin is different, so we always suggest a patch test—just in case.
Can I sample the product?
For sure! Come find us at one of our pop-up events or local markets—we’ll hook you up with a sample of the best shit around. Try before you buy, and see what the hype’s about.
How long do I have to wait for my order?
Since everything is handmade to order (with love, of course), we typically ship within 5–7 business days. We hustle hard—but good shit takes a little time. You’ll get tracking info as soon as your package is on the way!
Where do you ship, and how long does it take?
We currently ship across the U.S.—from coast to coast, holler to holler. Orders are handmade fresh and typically ship out within 5–7 business days. After that, standard shipping times apply (usually 2–5 business days depending on your location).
If you’re local, keep an eye out—we might be popping up near you, and you can snag your stuff in person!
What does delivery cost?
We keep it simple and affordable—flat-rate shipping on all orders, based on weight and location. Most orders ship for $5–$10. Spend over $50, and shipping’s on us. Because we love you like that.
How will my order be shipped?
We ship via USPS or UPS—whichever gets your good shit to you quickest. You’ll get tracking as soon as it’s out the door.

Yup! But don’t bulk order through the site—email us first. We offer wholesale pricing, but only when we chat with you directly. Let’s make some mountain magic.

What happens if I want to return a product?
No big deal—we’ve got you. If your product is unopened and returned within 30 days, we’ll issue a full refund (minus shipping). If it’s been opened or used, we can offer a partial refund or store credit, depending on the situation. Since everything is handmade to order, we can’t take back used items in full—but we’ll always try to make it right. Just reach out within that 30-day window and we’ll sort it out.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Credit cards, debit cards, PayPal—you name it. If it swipes, taps, or clicks, we probably take it.Shopping in person? Even better. We also accept good ol’ cash on the spot.
Can I cancel my order?
Yep—but don’t wait too long! Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the expected ship date. If your order has already shipped, you’ll need to return it first. Once we get it back, we can offer store credit or a partial refund, depending on the condition—since all our goodies are handmade to order.
